FREE SHIPPING on everything! All items on our site ship for free, without any minimum purchase!

At Island Life Hammock Co. we do our best to get every order shipped out the door within 3-5 business days. HOWEVER, back-ordered and handmade-to-order items could take as long as 4-6 weeks.

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Every product on our site has been carefully matched to a delivery company to provide you with an exceptional delivery experience. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. 

RETURNS

**PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING YOUR MERCHANDISE, and we will do everything we can to make it right!**

Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us in original, unused condition for a full refund excluding shipping fees. Returns shipped after the first 7 days will be eligible for store credit (store credits never expire). After 30 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.

All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. We do not reimburse for any shipping or return fees. However, we will provide a return label (at no cost to you) via email for any orders that were fulfilled incorrectly.

*Sale/marked down items & gift cards are non-refundable.

*WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON FURNITURE THAT WAS SPECIAL ORDERED WITH SPECIFIC COLOR COMBINATIONS.

Please DO NOT not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide us with the tracking number for your return (info@islandlifehammocks.com). Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.
